If you are already taking other NEM (food supplements), you basically don't have to worry about anything. Medicinal mushrooms as adaptogens are well tolerated and can be combined.

If you take medication, we recommend playing it safe. It's best to talk to your doctor or alternative practitioner. You should be particularly careful with blood thinners and immunosuppressants!
