YES!

Histamine is only present in a few types of mushrooms that belong to the mycorrhizal fungi, such as the porcini mushroom or the chanterelle. In most other mushrooms, these do not occur in the fresh mushroom. Theoretically, these could form when the mushroom begins to spoil, even in the early stages. (For example, since mushrooms in grocery stores often turn a little brown before they are sold, these are caused by histamine -Intolerance discouraged).

Our mushrooms are always processed directly after harvesting, so the medicinal mushroom products are free of histamines.

The effect always depends on your body individually. We don't have “miracle pills”, but rather natural substances and superfoods of the highest quality, bioavailability and concentration of active ingredients.

We recommend continuous intake over 2-4 weeks at the beginning. Adaptogens build up their effects in the body over time and adapt to your body's needs.

We recommend our products for children aged 6 and over, initially at half the dosage.

We recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding women consult their doctor. There are very different recommendations on this.

There are no concerns whatsoever during breastfeeding. A strong immune system is always needed and allergy prevention is very likely in the child. The GfH has received positive feedback such that the infant did not become ill for more than a year, and this is attributed to the mother's medicinal mushroom intake."

Mushroom powder (capsules) are dried mushrooms that have been finely ground.

Mushroom extracts are extracts from powders. The active ingredients are extracted from it using water and alcohol. They contain higher concentrations of bioactive compounds and are better tolerated.

YES! The combination of mushrooms can even complement/enhance the effects.

If you are already taking other NEM (food supplements), you basically don't have to worry about anything. Medicinal mushrooms as adaptogens are well tolerated and can be combined.

If you take medication, we recommend playing it safe. It's best to talk to your doctor or alternative practitioner. You should be particularly careful with blood thinners and immunosuppressants!
