Recommendations for taking the capsules
For our mushroom powder capsules, we recommend taking 4 capsules per day with enough liquid.
You can also take 2x2 capsules throughout the day, for example in the morning and at lunchtime.
It is optimal to take it 30 minutes before a meal.
For children aged 6 and over we recommend half the daily dose, i.e. 1-2 capsules. For example, the capsules can also be opened and mixed into a food or drink.
Medicinal mushrooms are adaptogens. They adapt to your needs. Therefore, there is no such thing as an “overdose.” You can continue to take other NEM and mushroom products. If you are taking medication, pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting with your doctor or alternative practitioner.
